We proudly present our latest project at Rychtalska 20, Wroclaw. Construction of multi-family house with 94 apartments, services and underground garage have just started. Besides functional flats, private terraces on ground and top floors, the building is provided with outdoor gym and garden at the roof.
On the fasades we designed big corner balconies with non-frame glass wall systems to extend living rooms into orangery.
Nearly 40% of apartments have already found their owners.

Building permit for House C in Gliwice Górna st. secured. At this moment building A and B are constructed. Whole habitat is located in green well communicated area, cointains 43 comfortable apartments with big port-fenetre windows, great balconies and terraces. Multifamily houses are designed with gardens, terrain parking spots and playground for children. The C building has also indoor garage.
