We proudly present our latest project at Rychtalska 20, Wroclaw. Construction of multi-family house with 94 apartments, services and underground garage have just started. Besides functional flats, private terraces on ground and top floors, the building is provided with outdoor gym and garden at the roof.

On the fasades we designed big corner balconies with non-frame glass wall systems to extend living rooms into orangery.
Nearly 40% of apartments have already found their owners.
